About This Workshop:

This workshop will go over the basics of improv comedy including, short formscene work and character creation. It's a great way to put yourself out there and get to know like-minded people, not to mention it's great for building confidence and
social skills in a safe, friendly environment!

About The Teacher:
Before Melissa got her Improv start at the prestigious Second City, Melissa started as a dancer in St. Louis, MO and her love of the stage led her to acting & improv. Melissa boasts performances in hundreds of improv shows with her improv partner Eric Pedersen, and has also starred in several commercials including eBay & AAA. Most recently she was performing with her team Bonzai Time! presented by local comedy legend Michael Furr. A proud mother of an insane 2-year old, you can find her wandering into traffic from lack of sleep or commenting on the superior skills of Baltimore drivers.
